In 2018, serial entrepreneur Greg Waldstreicher founded PHIflow, a contract analytics company. However, it was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic that PHIflow received a game-changing call from one of its largest customers. The customer asked, "Can your AI technology be used to analyze our policies and procedures?".
The pandemic had shifted the work landscape, with employees scattered across remote locations and relying heavily on team communication platforms such as Teams and Slack. It became apparent that there was a dire need for an efficient solution to help employees quickly find the information they needed from the vast array of corporate documents.
This challenge sparked the creation of Botable - an innovative, intelligent chatbot platform designed to answer questions based on all types of corporate documents. Botable quickly gained traction, proving to be an invaluable tool for employees at leading public and private companies.
